Martin Peacock Tree Care provides Landscape Design Services for residential and commercial customers. Underpinned by, extensive horticultural expertise and experience, our designs combine functionality with flair, to produce high quality results.

Landscape Plans

The design process involves a number of stages:

Site Analysis – Determines the conditions on site, including local micro-climate, aspect, soil type, existing vegetation etc. At this point we discuss with the client their ideas and requirements for the garden.

Functional Analysis – Determines what the client requires from the design in terms of functionality, to ensure the garden becomes a space where all elements mesh together seamlessly to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Concept Plan – Provides a detailed, scale drawing of the proposed new garden in plan view showing all features, including built structures and planting. Section elevations may also be included to show cross sections throughout the garden.

Planting Plan – Indicates the species, plant sizes, numbers and exact locations of plants to be used in the garden design.

Construction Drawings – Provide detailed scale, technical drawings of hard landscape elements within the design.

Where a Development Application is required to be submitted to the relevant planning authority we can provide all the necessary plans and documentation to make the process as simple as possible.
